If we can't make ourself happy

If we can't make ourself happy,
Then we can't make others happy,
Happiness should be in our blood,
Happiness should be our nature,

If we can't create Happiness,

Then life is not enjoyable.

Excess of anything is bad,

Excess of everything is bad,

Thinking is good,

But overthinking is bad,

Simple life is the best life,

If we are away from formalities,

Then the life is beautiful.

When the breath are lengthy,

Then the life is lengthy,

Just do, which is good for you,

Think, which is good for you,

If we leave our ego,

Then the life is beautiful.
