ये मन तो एक दर्पण है,  जिसमें सब कुछ साफ नजर आता है,  कभी ये भूतकाल दिखता है,  तो कभी भविष्य में ले जाता है,  कभी ये ख्वाब दिखलाता है तो कभी ये दिल बहलाता है,  ये मन तो एक पथिक है,  जो जीवन को चलाता है  l मन के हारे हार है,  मन के जीते जीत,  जो मन पर सवार है,  वो तो वीर कोई एक,  ये मन तो एक आशा है,  जो निराशा को हर जाता है  l जो अंतर्मन में ज्योत जले,  फिर तो विकारों का अंत,  जो मन ये विचार करे,  फिर तो बुराइयों का अंत, ये मन तो एक साधन है जो मंजिल पर पहुँचाता है  l Thank You.

जीवन के रास्ते टेढ़े-मेढ़े हैं,  जीवन के रास्ते ऊबड़-खाबड़ हैं,  कुछ राहें यहाँ आसान है तो कुछ राहें यहाँ मुश्किल बड़ी है l कभी चल पड़े, कभी रुक गए,  कभी थक गए, फिर चल पड़े,  कुछ आँखों में सपने भी है तो कभी मन में उत्साह भी है,  जिंदगी के हरेक पल में,  खुशियाँ राहों में खड़ी है  l अंतर्मन में सहजता है,  बाहर कुछ बेचैनियाँ हैं,  मन कुछ सुकून है तो,  बाहर से आती मुश्किलें हैं,  कुछ किस्मत मेहरबान है तो कुछ जीवन हैरान सा है l Thank You.
