You have the power of breaths,

Since breaths are life,

Power enters in you through breaths,

Since breaths extend life,

Every breath is important,

You can Live somedays without food,

Live some hours without water,

But can't alive above one minute,

Without taking breaths.

Breaths take care of your body,

Breaths take care of your mind,

Breaths take care of your heart,

Breaths take care of yourself.

Focus on your breaths,

Know the power of breaths,

Know the miracles of your breaths.

Breaths make you happy,

Breaths makes you Great,

Breaths makes you Active,

Breaths makes you creative,

Remember to the God with each breath,

Breaths changes your life.
