1.       Every word has a power of expression. It carries meaning and feelings alongwith it. 

2.       No one can ignore the feelings of words. When we say water, it remember us about water, either water not around us. If we say fire, it will create a picture of fire in front of us. 

3.       What we say our mind creates a picture of that word. We can't ignore the power of words. 

4.       Every relation understand and value to the words like father,mother, sister, brother etc and it creates their feelings also. 

5.       If you repeat a word, many many times, it increases its power, and if many people speak that word at a time its increase its power thousand times. That's why spritual people remember or speak single word in a group like OM, God, Allah or some other words that increases its power. 

6.     When you call a name of a person, he will look at you.  Sometimes it has been seen that when we remember a person, he is also remembering us. 

8.     What we say it is not die but it flow in the air, thats why the radio technology works. Some person talks thousands miles away and we listen his/ her voice. Nowadays audio and video also available. 

9.     We are thankful to the God that He has given us beautiful body, beautiful voice, infact if we say that words are the sound of we soul we are not wrong, since the words are comes out from our heart. 

10.   Try to use every words wisely, since it can make friends or it can make enemies and if you speak with love and it can make you popular forever.

Make your day beautiful. 

           In this world, everyone wants happiness and healthy life, but due to busy life style, we forget to smile, forget to do some important routine activities that can make our day  beautiful. If we know the value of life, we will start to give the value to our life, since life is priceless. 

            Every person knows that how he can make himself / herself healthy and happy. Many Times we forget to follow the routines habits. If we add following activities in our day to day life, we can make our day beautiful:

1.    Wakeup early in the morning

2.    Drink one or two glass of warm water

3.    Going washroom

4.    Walking- strengthen your body &                     mind

5.    Start physical exercise, Yoga, Meditation         etc, Daily spend one hour on yourself for         physical body exercise

6.    Take Breakfast

7.    Going on Job / Work, love & enjoy                     what you do

8.    Take lunch

9.    Be happy, be positive

10.  Create happy environment around you

       This is a half day activity, if our morning is beautiful, our day will be automatically beautiful and if our day is beautiful our life will be beautiful. Life is not a burden, but it is a beautiful gift from God and nature. Everything depends on our thoughts, if we can keep our mind happy, we can make the life beautiful.

छोटी सी ये जिंदगी, छोटे छोटे सपने, 

छोटे छोटे काम है, कभी बाहर के, कभी घर में, 

जिंदगी को जीते है जिंदादिली के साथ, 

गम और खुशी के जीवन मैं भी, 

खुशियों की बरसात, 

इस जहान मे दिखते हैं, जैसे सारे अपने  l

प्यार भरा है दिल में तो फिर, 

दुनियाँ में जीना आसान, 

नजरों में अपनापन है तो, 

हर मुश्किल भी आसान, 

चाहत मन में भरी हुई तो सुंदर बनते है सपने  l

कुछ सोच इस तरह से हो कि कोई नही बुरा लगे, 

कुछ काम इस तरह के हो कि कुछ भी नही बुरा लगे, 

खुशियों के दौर आ जाए इस जीवन मे, 

महफ़िलों के दौर भी आ जाए इस जीवन में, 

बेवजह की हैरानियाँ है, क्यूँ नही मिलते गले l

कौन किसके बारे में क्या सोचे भूल जाए सब यहाँ, 

बार बार नही मिलती जिंदगी, छोड़ दे सब गम यहाँ, 

और जीने की तमन्ना, और मन में हो खुशी, 

हो और यादों में नयापन, और इरादों में मजबूती, 

हो कुछ करने की चाहत मन में, मंजिल हो चाहे दूर भले l

सकून के पल जीवन में आए, 

अगला पिछला चलो भूल जाए,

वो पल बहुत खूबसूरत थे जब माँ तू मेरे साथ थी, 
बचपन के दिन बड़े सुहाने थे जब माँ तू मेरे पास थी, 
तूने उंगली पकड़ के चलना सिखाया, 
तूने दुनियाँ में मुझको जीना सिखाया, 
तूने मुश्किलों से लड़ना सिखाया, 
तुझसे दुनियाँ मेंअपनापन पाया, 

अकेला नही था दुनियाँ में माँ जब तू मेरे साथ थी  l

मेरे लिये तो ऐ  माँ तू औरों से भी लड़ जाती थी, 
तेरे चेहरे की हँसी मुझको बहुत ही भाती थी, 
वो तेरा गुनगुनाना मुझको अच्छा लगता था, 
वो तेरा गीत गाना मुझको प्यारा लगता था, 
मुश्किल मेरे पास ना थी जब माँ तू मेरे साथ थी l

तेरा प्यार भी अच्छा लगता था, 
तेरी डांट भी अच्छी लगती थी, 
तू जो कहती थी मुझको, 
वो बात भी अच्छी लगती थी,
