Let's remember our God, 
By every breath, 

Inhaling and exhaling, 

During inhaling feel SO, 

During exhaling feel HUNG, 

Let's take our God's name 'SOHUNG'

When revert this name it will be 'HANSO'

Hans (Swan) is a bird of white colour that

Separate milk and water by its knowledge, 

Fly at highest in the sky, 

Let's feel our God's name

By every breath. 

That is the best technique, 

That will change us, 

It enhance our spritual knowledge, 

It is the necessity of those

Who really want Peace, 

Luminous their soul, 

Gives power to our mind and body

It shows us the way of living. 

It free our mind from negativities, 

It is not the spirituality 

But it is the Science, 

The result will be the element of soul, 

Let's listen our God,
